Collect an order
We do not have a showroom, but we welcome customers who wish to collect orders between 9:00am and 4:00pm CT M-F. Please call 1.800.675.2638 if you need to confirm an order is ready. Our collection point is eXpansys USA, 1702 GE Road, Unit 6, Bloomington, IL, 61704, USA.
Report a late delivery
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when you expected, please contact info@mobileplanet.com, or alternatively call 1.800.675.2638.
Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to info@mobileplanet.com, or alternatively call 1.800.675.2638 please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.
Mobileplanet Return Policy
To return products purchased from Mobileplanet please refer to the following steps to provide a hassle free process. First please fill out a Mobileplanet RMA request form which you may access below and send it to returnstatus@mobileplanet.com. An authorized RMA number is required for return. Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused, no exceptions.
When you return merchandise to Mobileplanet, you may receive either an exchange or refund for your product. Please note that replacements will only be issued after the original return has been received and tested and can only be issued for a product of the same model (substitutions and upgrades are not available).
Please note: Exchanges may not be made if a product is not longer available. At its discretion, Mobileplanet may refund the order value.
RETURN PERIOD
Please feel free to contact us to initiate your return within the allotted timeframe below:
15 days from the time of delivery on all consumer electronics (including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, laptops, Blu-Ray players, monitors, etc.).
30 days from time of delivery on all accessories (including but not limited to laptop and cell phones cases, cradles, charging docks, batteries, TV Mounts, etc.).
3 days from time of delivery on all B-Stock items (please report any defects or failures within 72 hours of receipt, beyond that all sales are final).

IMPORTANT RESTOCKING FEES OF UP TO 25% WILL APPLY TO NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED IN NEW AND UNOPENED CONDITION. MOBILEPLANET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED ON NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS.*
*(Returned products that are not complete (i.e. missing accessories, owner manuals, etc.) can/will be subjected to greater restocking fees. all returns will be tested upon receipt to determine if specified issues can be replicated. 3rd party software failure does not constitue a defective unit. Please be sure to supply any set passwords and try to restore all settings back to "factory" prior to return. we cannot be held responsible for and personal information left on returned devices. Mobileplanet reserves the right to refuse any return that has been damaged by the customer or is not accompanied by the original retail packaging).
Mobileplanet is not responsible for packages lost in transit for return. Please ship your return with a delivery confirmation or other means of tracking the delivery. Orders under $100 which received initial free shipping are not eligible for prepaid return shipping. ALL COD WILL BE REFUSED.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Mobileplanet must test all returned product before we can issue a refund or exchange any products. This is necessary so that we are able to file claims on defective or damaged goods with the manufacturer or shipping company. If you receive a damaged shipment you must notify us within 72 hours in order to file a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges - If you would like a new product sent out before your return is shipped to us, you may have a new order created. The original order will then be refunded after it has been tested by the returns department. Please note replacements are only made for the same model. Substitutions and upgrades are not available.
Those requiring a refund will receive a credit memo (via .pdf) once processed. Mobileplanet will refund the Credit Card, Paypal, or Amazon account for the amount issued on the credit memo (please note this credit memo is not an in-store credit). Please allow for up to 30 days for your refund; however we try as hard as possible to keep that timeframe within 5 business days whenever possible.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, BUNDLES, AND COUPONS
As a benefit to our customers, Mobileplanet occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase, or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together.
When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if on your order you redeemed a coupon for $15 off an order equalling $50 or more in value, the $15 value of the coupon would be subtracted from the refund (this would be in addition to any aplicable restocking fees). When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund.
WARRANTY REDEMPTION
Most products sold by Mobileplanet will be covered by a limited Manufacturer warranty and not by Mobileplanet. Mobileplanet does offer our customers waranty assistance on certain products (contact us for more details to see if your product is eligible). *****IMPORTANT***** Customer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from Mobileplanet. Mobileplanet will only cover the costs of shipping the merchandise to the repair facility. Issuance of this repair RMA does not guarantee that the work will be done under warranty. It is up to the discretion of the manufacturer to determine what defects are covered. If you are directly responsible for any repair cost, we will provide a repair estimate immediately after that information has been transmitted to us. Mobileplanet will not cover any repair costs associated to your repair(s). It is always recommended that for the fastest possible turnaround time on your repairs that you try and deal directly with the manufacturers for faster resolution.
